🎉 Hi Marley Connect Launches to General Availability (GA)
We’re excited to announce that Hi Marley Connect is now generally available to all customers! This release reflects improvements made during our beta phase, with updates driven directly by user feedback to better support adjuster efficiency and workflow integration. ✅ Beta Feedback Enhancements

Improved Notifications
Badge notifications now show a count of unread messages, giving users better visibility into incoming communications. -
Consistency with Web App Settings
For customers who do not have Create Case enabled in the Hi Marley web app, Connect will now respect that configuration, aligning both experiences. -
Session Duration Improvements
We’ve addressed feedback that Connect was frequently logging out users. You’ll notice the Hi Marley Connect icon stays orange through the day. -
New Option: Hide On-Page Icon
Users can now choose to hide the Hi Marley icon that appears on pages within your browser. this setting can be configured by each user based on their preference. The Connect extension remains accessible from your browser toolbar regardless of this setting. -
Matching Logic Improvements
We've fixed bugs that previously affected matching Connect conversations to existing cases or contacts, improving accuracy and reliability. -
Support for Guidewire Cloud
We've added a new default Guidewire Cloud URL to support our carrier customers using Guidewire Cloud. This is in addition to the default on-prem Guidewire base URL.
Total Loss Assist: Auto mark as complete
What’s New:
Automatically mark release issues (Verbal/Written/Pickup Belongings) as "Complete" for the Copart yards to validate faster to "clear for pickup".

Hi Marley Mobile App – Updated Experience Now Available

Available:
To everyone with access to the Hi Marley Mobile App in both IOS and Andriod App via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. -
What’s New:
A new version of the Hi Marley Mobile App is now live, delivering a refreshed experience with performance improvements and UI updates. This release aligns mobile capabilities more closely with the web app experience to support adjusters in the field or on the go. -
Benefits:
- Optimized performance, reliability, and responsiveness across devices.
- Enhanced user interface with small-screen friendly design for phones and iPads.
- Real-time syncing with the web app and browser extension, ensuring all case activity is up-to-date.
- Access to powerful features like voicemail transcription, in-app calling, multi-party texting, image/text redaction, and message translation across 25 languages.
- Push notifications, workflow alerts, and badges keep adjusters informed and responsive.
- Automatically syncs case updates and messages with core systems of record—no extra work required.
- Maintains security and compliance with TCPA opt-in management and visibility controls.

How it Works:
- Download the Hi Marley Mobile App and log in using your existing credentials.
- Current mobile users will be prompted to update the app to continue using it.
- Once updated, you will be promoted to sign into your workspace, this will be your email address (it is a one-time update) and directed to your log-in process. Once you log-in, you’ll get immediate access to all new performance enhancements and features—no configuration required.
Group Management Experience Refresh
- Available: To everyone with access to the Group Management feature

What’s New:
This update delivers a refreshed Group Management experience designed to be more intuitive and organized for administrators. Both the Groups page and the Create/Modify Group workflows have been updated to offer a more seamless interaction. -
Benefit:
The updated experience introduces clearer headers and enhanced table functionality, making it easier to sort, view, and manage groups and subgroups. Admins can now more easily visualize users within groups, understand subgroup relationships, and make updates with greater clarity and confidence.
Additionally, performance has been optimized for carriers with a large number of groups and members, resulting in faster load times and a more responsive interface. -
How it Works:
While the visual layout and structure of the Group Management experience have been improved, there are no changes to the underlying functionality. All existing workflows remain the same.
Bug Fixes:
Updated Case Closure:
Addressed a bug when certain data was missing that was preventing a case to be closed
Survey Auto Exit:
Addressed a bug when a policyholder responds to the survey question with an option outside of the standard 1-5 scale it does not reopen the case.
