Hi Marley Connect (beta) actions dropdown additions
Available to:
All users in Hi Marley Connect.
What’s New:
Based on beta feedback, we expanded the Actions menu in Hi Marley Connect to include key options that were previously only available in the web app. This update ensures users can complete critical actions without switching contexts.
Benefits:
- Perform more case actions directly in Connect, reducing reliance on the web app.
- Access transcripts and manage cases more efficiently, with a more comprehensive set of case management tools.
How it works:
The Actions menu in Connect now includes the following new options:
- Case and Customer Transcripts (including redacted versions)
Previously available options that remain in the menu:
- Send Survey
- Opt-Out and Lock Out Customer
- Close Case
No setup is required—this update is automatically available.
New filter on User Management page
Available to:
All users with access to the User Management Page.
What’s New:
We added a User Status filter to the User Management Page, allowing admins to filter users by Active, Deactivated, or All.
Benefits:
- Makes it easier for admins to find and manage users.
- Improves clarity around user status by showing who is currently active vs. deactivated.
- Delivers on feedback to make the user management experience more intuitive.
How it works:
- A new “Filter by status” dropdown is now available in the User Management Page.
- Options include:
- Active – shows only active users
- Deactivated – shows only deactivated users
- All – shows both active and deactivated users
- No setup is required—this enhancement is live and ready to use.
Public API Response Security Headers

All Integrated Hi Marley Customers
What’s new:
Several new security headers added to public API responses.
Benefits:
Improved Security posture.
How it works:
The following headers and values will be included in our Public API responses:
- X-Frame Options: DENY
- Content Security Policy: default-src 'self’
- Strict-Transport-Security: max-age= 63072000; includeSubDomains
- X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff
- Referrer Policy: strict-origin-when-cross-origin
Bug Fixes
Inbox Live Update improvement
Fixed a bug that prevented live updates when the inbox was filtered to a specific group. Live updates work as expected now.
Copy-text button in Inbox improvement for Hi Marley Connect
We fixed a bug in Hi Marley Connect where the copy-text button was not copying the text. It now works as expected.
