Reassignment
1. Click on the three lines in the upper right hand of your mobile application
2. Select the Manage
3. Using the Search Box, type in the adjuster you’d like to reassign the case to and select that adjuster, then click Done!
Manage Secondary Operators
To add a secondary operator...
1. Tap on the three dots in the upper right hand of the relevant case
2. Tap on the Manage tab
3. A list of who is currently involved in the conversation will appear. Using the Search Box, type the name of the adjuster you’d like to add into the conversation. Tap their name and an alert will show they have been added to the conversation.
To remove a secondary operator...
1. Tap on the three dots in the upper right hand of the relevant case
2. Tap on the Manage tab
3. Tap on the Remove button next to the secondary operator you wish to remove
