The Inbox in the Hi Marley mobile app helps you manage your cases more effectively by organizing conversations and giving you powerful search, filter, and sort options.
Viewing Cases
- Scroll through your Inbox to view all the active cases assigned to you.
- Each case displays a preview of the most recent message.
- Indicators:
- A red dot means the message is unread.
- A gray arrow shows whether the last message was sent or received.
Searching for a Case
Tap the Search icon to quickly find a specific case by:
- Customer Name
- Phone Number
- Case Number
Using Inbox Filters
- Tap Inbox Filters to modify which Hi Marley cases are displayed in your inbox.
- For example, you can filter to view only unread messages or cases where you’re collaborating with other operators.
Sorting Cases
- Sorting helps you prioritize your caseload. Options include sorting by:
- Smart Sort, which prioritizes cases based on tags, such as the Needs Attention tag.
Pinning Cases
- You can pin important cases to keep them at the top of your inbox for easy access.
- Tap the thumbtack icon on a chat to pin it.
