Customize notifications for incoming messages and case updates to ensure timely responses.
iPhone Setup:
- Open Settings
- Scroll or search and tap Notifications
- Scroll through the app list, locate Hi Marley, and tap on it
- Toggle Allow Notifications to On
- Choose alert types (Lock Screen, Notification Center, Banners) by tapping each option
- Toggle Sounds and Badges ON or OFF
Android Setup:
- Go to Settings > Notifications > App Settings.
- Tap Hi Marley and enable notifications.
