What is the Outreach Dashboard?
An insights dashboard is included in the Outreach tab to provide performance metrics relevant to your Outreach campaign activity. Let's take a quick tour of the dashboard and the available filters.
Data Filtering
The default filtering provides insights relevant to all outreach campaigns created in the last 90 days. However, filters can be adjusted to deliver either more broad or more specific data results. Below is a simple breakdown of each filter field:

Data Scope
Outreach usage is broken into a few key summary elements. Descriptions of each data element are as follows:

Toal Outreach campaigns: includes all campaigns, once they have been sent or have attempted to be sent |

Toal Outreach messages sent: includes all messages, once they have been sent or have attempted to be sent |

| Median Messages per Campaign |
The median number of messages per Outreach campaign |
|
| Message Success Rate |
Percent of total Outreach messages that were successfully sent (no failure). Some reasons for failure may include (but are not limited to) texting a landline, an invalid number, a blocked number, no service, etc... |
