What is Marley Outreach:
Marley Outreach is our mass text and notification functionality, which allows you to expand your reach by alerting and informing your policyholders about notable events. This helps you be proactive and go the extra mile for your customers all while building trusting and long-lasting relationships.
Preparing for an Outreach Message:
Prepare CSV File
In order to send a Mass Notification, you must edit and upload a CSV file. You can begin, by downloading our CSV file template under the "Actions" Dropdown.
NOTE: There is a max of 100,000 messages to a single Outreach notification.
CSV Template
Every CSV file has three REQUIRED Column headers (Case sensitive, no spaces). The required columns are: First, Last, Phone
You can choose to add OPTIONAL column headers (no spaces) to include as well.
Exp. Address, policy #, etc.
Reference CSV File
You can lead with a $ to reference any column in the CSV file in the notification body message. These dynamic variables reference the column headers and will be replaced with the values in these columns once the message is sent out.
