Is there a limit to how many events the Audit Log will track for a long case?
The audit log shows up to 500 events at a time and can download up to 500 events at once. In the rare case that a case has more than 500 events, the Audit Log will still continue to record cases, and you can change which 500 are displayed and/or downloaded by updating the sort order of any of the table columns.
