User Titles are an easy way to provide information / set expectations with Policy Holders on their role within the Claim Process. User Titles can be set up while adding a new Operator.
Alternatively, User Titles can be updated by navigating to your profile.
Users with Admin privileges will be able to add / configure new User Titles.
