Downloading Transcripts from the Cases Page
Introduction
Hi Marley Transcripts are an easy way to document the entire conversation between the Operator and the Customer. The transcript is made available as a PDF file so that it can be attached to the Claim within the core Claim system.
Types of Transcripts
There are 2 types of transcripts: Case Transcripts and Customer Transcripts.
Case Transcripts allow you to view the current conversation
Customer Transcripts allow you to view the entire history of conversations with the customer
Downloading the Transcript from the Inbox
Go to the Inbox tab in the side panel
Select the conversation you wish to view
Click the Actions Menu on the top right corner to access the drop-down menu
Click Case Transcript to access the PDF copy of that specific conversation
Once you select Case Transcript, a new tab will load in your browser and the transcript will be available for print or download
Downloading the Transcript from the Cases Tab
Go to the Cases tab from the side panel
Search for the case that you wish to view (either open or closed)
Click Action > Case Transcript to access the PDF copy of that specific conversation
Once you select Case Transcript, a new tab will load in Google Chrome and the transcript will be available for print or download
