All Inbox filters allow any operator to filter open chats by operator or group!
To open the Filter, go to:
Chats module > All tab > select filter by drop down.
Note: The My Inbox tab displays your assigned cases, and the All tab displays all open cases within your organization.
Once you have set your filter, it will persist if you leave the page and come back OR if you log out and log back in. Also, you will see next to "filter by" that there is an indication you have a filter set.
