Downloading Media When You're Unable to Use the Download Icon

If you're having trouble downloading using the download option in the web app, here is a workaround that will still allow you to download images. 

This is the download icon within Hi Marley. We've heard reports of this icon failing to download media and below is the workaround you can use to make sure your workflow is not interrupted.

The Workaround

You can right-click any media file within Hi Marley and choose "Save as" in order to download that image. Our testing suggests that this workaround works when the icon shown above does not. Demonstration of how to do that below.
