What if my insured client get's a new phone number during the claim process? No need to worry - you can make client detail updates at any time!
If you need to change the phone number on a claim for any reason, follow these steps to edit the phone number.
From the "Chats" window, find the conversation with the User whose information you want to edit. In the right column, in the Details Tab, click "Edit"
Select the phone number field to edit
Once you edit the information, click "Save" and the information will update
When you have changed the primary phone number for a customer this will show in the chat thread - this will appear only on the Hi Marley chat and the customer will not see this. You will need to resend the Welcome Message so that the user can opt-in to texting.
