What if my insured client get's a new phone number during the claim process? No need to worry - you can make client detail updates at any time!
If you need to change the phone number on a claim for any reason, follow these steps to edit the phone number.
- From the "Chats" window, find the conversation with the User whose information you want to edit
In the right column, in the Details Tab, click "Edit"
- Fields in the details tab will now be editable
- Select the phone number field to edit
- Once you edit the information, click "Save" and the information will update
- Then you need to resend the Welcome Message to the user so that they can opt into using Marley on the new phone number
