Downloading Hi Marley Connect

Hi Marley recommends using Google Chrome for the best experience with the Hi Marley Connect extension. However, the extension is also compatible with Microsoft Edge.

3. Direct Case Linking
Hi Marley Connect visually detects phone numbers and may highlight claim numbers on configured web pages, but it only matches cases using phone numbers.

Hi Marley Connect uses regular expressions (regex) to identify phone numbers in a variety of common formats, including:

These and other variations are scanned across the page automatically.
📌 When A Match is Found
- If a match is found, a direct link 🔗 will appear next to the phone number.
- Clicking the link opens the associated case in Hi Marley, allowing instant communication.
- If no match is found, a gray bubble ➕ will be displayed—clicking it allows you to create a new case within seconds.
- Frequently, integrated systems may suppress the case creation button. When case creation is disabled in the web application, the GRAY bubble will not be displayed next to the 10DLC phone number.
4. Creating a New Case
When no existing case is linked to a detected phone number:
- Click the gray Hi Marley icon ➕ next to the phone number.
- The Create Case form will open in the side panel.
- Enter the required details and save the case—it’s that easy!
5. Signing In & Staying Connected
To ensure seamless operation:
- Sign into the Browser Extension Side Panel at the start of your session. Doing so will also sign you into the Hi Marley web app, ensuring seamless access across both the extension and full application.
- Check your browser bar: If the Hi Marley icon 📌 is pink, you’re signed in!
- Reload tabs after signing in or updating to ensure full functionality.

Stay on top of conversations at a glance! The Hi Marley icon in the bottom right corner of your browser — as well as the icon in the extensions menu — will now display a badge showing the number of unread messages. Whether you're actively browsing or checking in through your extensions panel, you’ll always have a quick visual reminder when something needs your attention.
