What are Scheduled Messages?
Scheduled Messages allows you to compose a message and have it sent by Hi Marley at a future date and time!
*Your messages are sent out based on your time zone, and that you may schedule as many as you would like!
Where are Scheduled Messages Located?
How to Scheduled a Message
After navigating to the Inbox, and selecting a case, type your message and click the "caret" next to the send button to schedule a message
When you click the "Schedule Message" icon, you will be tasked with selecting a date and time.
Once you have decided on when you would like your message to be sent, just hit "Schedule Message".
After you have scheduled your message, you will see a red dot notification signifying that the chat has a message scheduled to be sent to your customer.
Deleting a Scheduled Message
You have the ability to delete your Scheduled Messages after you have created them.
Note: there is no limit to the number of messages you can schedule on a single Case
