Explicit Secondary Operator Assignment
Implicit Secondary Operator Assignment
Introduction
Collaboration is a corner stone of the Hi Marley Platform. One of the primary ways Hi Marley enables collaboration is by providing the ability for one or more insurance professional to collaborate a claim and maintain a single conversation thread with the customer!
What is a Secondary Operator?
When an additional insurance professional is added to a Hi Marley case, they are called a Secondary Operator.
There is no limit to the number of Secondary operators that can be added to a case.
