What are Scheduled Messages?
Scheduled Messages allow you to compose a message and have Hi Marley send it at a future date and time.
When the policyholder's zip code is available, scheduled send times display in the policyholder's local timezone. If a timezone cannot be determined from the zip code, Hi Marley uses your organization's configured timezone.
There is no limit to the number of messages you can schedule on a case.
Where are Scheduled Messages Located?
Scheduled messages and messages deferred by Quiet Hours appear in a drawer directly above the message composer. Open the drawer to quickly review messages that are waiting to be sent without leaving the active conversation.
How to Scheduled a Message
After navigating to the Inbox, and selecting a case, type your message and click the "caret" next to the send button to schedule a message
Select the option to schedule your message, then choose the date and time you want it delivered.
If the policyholder's zip code is available, the scheduling controls display the send time in the policyholder's timezone. Times that fall outside available Active Hours are grayed out. You can also select Send next business day to quickly schedule the message for the next available sending window.
After you have scheduled your message, you will see a red dot notification signifying that the chat has a message scheduled to be sent to your customer.
Deleting a Scheduled Message
You have the ability to delete your Scheduled Messages after you have created them.
Note: there is no limit to the number of messages you can schedule on a single Case
