Feature Improvements

Automated Text Redaction enhancements

ℹ️ This feature is currently limited to early adopter customers. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for details on availability. 

We are excited to debut a new Text Redaction model which will improve the performance and accuracy of PII detection and redaction. For more on how Text Redaction works, check out this article in our Help Center. 

We also updated the user interface with a fresh new look and feel. For organizations already using text redaction, you will see no change in your workflows. 

Manual Image Redaction

ℹ️ This feature is currently limited to early adopter customers. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for details on availability. 

To improve the speed and efficiency of redacting PII and images you'd like removed, we've added the ability to manually redact images. The ability to manually redact an image will be role-based, so any users in your organization with the Image Redaction role will be able to remove an image from the case and the associated transcripts.

Like Text Redaction, this feature is limited to redaction early adopters. To become an early adopter for Image Redaction, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager. 

Outreach dashboard updates

We've updated the Outreach dashboard metrics and design to be more useful. Here's a preview of what the updated version will look like:

This dashboard is only available to customers using Outreach. For a more thorough guide to this dashboard and what each widget is, check out this article from our Help Center. 

Security improvements on profile photo uploads

We've placed file type and file size restrictions on user profile images for security purposes.

Bug fixes

Chat inbox arrow switching bug fix

Sporadically, older Hi Marley cases would previously point the last message outbound/inbound indicator in the wrong direction. This is fixed in release 2.62.0.

Templated API Messages Reporting

Resolved a reporting error for all Templated Messages triggered via API.
