- Claim - Core communication between adjuster and claim participants
- Claims Support - Communication related to support processes that occur relative to a loss/claim (e.g legal cases, investigations, compliance).
- Customer/Vendor Management - Communication that assists with general management of people/vendors in cases that aren't linked to a single claim.

The Claim Participant record will have the latest opt-status for texting with Hi Marley.
Assign/Reassign Primary Operators based on Claim Owner
Automated reassignment actions to synchronize Sapiens Claim Owner to the associated Hi Marley cases.
