Mention teammates in Notes
Collaboration with other adjusters is now easier with the ability to mention a teammate within internal notes. To do so, find the "Notes" option within "Details" to the right of a chat, select "Add a Note" and then you can either type "@" or click the "@" button to find a teammate to mention. Your teammate will be notified once you tag them on a case.
Reply to Notes in a thread
Keep internal conversations organized by replying to notes within threads. Hit "Reply" to add a note or "Add a Note" to create a separate thread within the same case.
Add or edit your title within your Profile
Add your title to your profile by accessing the "General Info" section of your profile and typing in your role. If your role changes or you need to update your title, you can easily add a new role just by editing your profile and typing the new title.
Note: This title is independent of your role within Hi Marley (operator, admin, analyst, etc) and won't effect your Hi Marley permissions.
Notification Configuration (Beta)
Admins now have the option to customize when users in their organization will and will not receive e-mail notifications from Hi Marley. The events that are configurable are:
- New message received
- Opt-in received
- Primary operator assigned

Bug fixes
- Cases that users weren't able to close either via the web app or via API should now be closable.
- Bulk user uploads that would previously create users without roles will now include the intended roles.
- For customers who use the reopen web hook, that is once again firing correctly after an inbound message is received.
- Translated cases will now translate "Stop" and "Help" keywords
- Users who were previously deleted from Hi Marley and then re-added will now show as expected in Insights.
- The paper clip icon for attaching media messages will no longer appear bolder in cases where there's a media message already attached.
