Group your Groups!
With release 2.49, groups can now be nested within one another to better represent the structure of your organization! This will ease the way admins and supervisors manage their teams within Hi Marley.

Update User Email (Non single sign-on orgs only)
At present Admins within Hi Marley cannot update users email id. In release 2.49 we are introducing a new feature where Admins can update users email ID without having to reach out to support! This is a huge timesaver to weed out those pesky typo's on the email id's!

In App Performance Improvements
We are constantly improving the performance of the app. We continue the trend with this release and hope that the in app experience is a little better than before!
App / Vendor Marketplace
We are introducing a couple of new tabs in the app where you can learn about partners and integrations that are available for you to use!

Usability Improvements
Group Management Search
Does your organization have a large number of groups? With Group Management Search, now you can locate groups by name with ease! Further more, you can see which groups an individual operator is a part of with this nifty feature. All you have to do is to head over to the Groups tab and hit the search box!

Hide Password Reset
We are improving the user experience for our customers who use SSO. We will be hiding the Reset Password option for SSO / JIT enabled organizations.

Integration Updates
Coaching Bundle - Needs Attention API/Webhook
If you are looking to take advantage of our Message Intelligence functionality, and have been holding back from subscribing to the Coaching Bundle due to the lack of integration, your wait ends now! We are excited to release the Message Update webhook that includes the message sentiment details. All you have to do is to subscribe to the new webhook event. A more detailed overview of the webbook is available here.
