NEW - Bulk User Upload
Admins can now upload new users in bulk via our new .CSV uploader tool!
NEW - Persistent Delay Model
We have updated our Message Intelligence to trigger the Needs Attention flag for messages that indicates that the end user is experiencing a persistent delay in response.

More Languages!
We've added eight new languages to Marley Translate! Here is a list of the new additions:
- Bosnian
- Hindi
- Vietnamese
- Japanese
- Thai
- Somali
- Haitian Creole
- Tagalog
Sort by in My Inbox
Operators can now sort their My Inbox view by either "Newest first" or "Oldest first", which should make it easier to find and close out older cases if needed.
Schedule Message Templates
Gone are the days of copying and pasting Message Templates in order to schedule them! Now, all operators can select from their organization's existing message templates with ease.

Export user table data
Admins can now export a list of all users within your organization in Hi Marley using the "Export" option.

Redaction Support in APIs and Webhooks
All APIs and webhooks that generate transcripts or individual messages will now automatically redact the message if it contains sensitive data (PII) and your organization has that functionality enabled.
A new field redacted has also been added to explicitly enforce or disable the redaction functionality per integration.

Based on user feedback, the Groups tab of the User Management module is now listed in alphabetical order.
