Coaching Bundle:
We have updated our Message Intelligence to trigger the Needs Attention flag for messages that contain a litigation risk.

Option to Delete Avatar / Profile Picture
At present Users do not have an option of deleting their profile picture within Hi Marley, they could only change their picture.
With the release 2.46, we are introducing an option for the Users for deleting their profile picture in addition to changing their profile picture. Deleting an existing Profile picture will reset their Avatar to the default initials.

Group Management API
The Hi Marley API will include endpoints to create, update, retrieve, and delete groups via API requests.

Remove special characters from dates within SFTP file names
Filename format elements that generate dates will no longer include special characters. This will enable fewer errors with FTP tools during file processing to download transcripts/media in your document management system. Modified elements include caseData.dateOfLoss and currentDateTime.
Focused Operator
Focused Operator is a new user role that will be available within Hi Marley. This role limits the operator’s access in terms of the cases that they can view. Focused Operators will be able to view only the cases that are assigned to them and cannot navigate to any other tabs on the Hi Marley app.

User Management Page UX improvements
Message Prefixes
We are introducing the ability to add phone number or claim number to the message prefix. Messages being sent out of Hi Marley can now include either the Operator Phone number or Claim Number to be included in the prefix.

Notes Mentions (Beta)
Users can now tag their colleagues in notes created within Hi Marley.
