Adding secondary operators
Users are now able to add and remove secondary operators using the "Manage" tab to the right of a chat. Note: You can also send an outbound message on a case that you're not assigned to in order to be automatically added as a secondary operator.
Scheduled messages and Office Hours messages
An issue with the time selector for scheduled messages and office hours messages has been fixed which will allow those messages to save and send at the intended time by either typing or clicking on the time you'd like the message to trigger.
