Overview
The Features Configuration page gives admins a centralized place to view and manage feature availability across the Hi Marley web app.
This page replaces legacy toolkit flags and consolidates feature configurations into a single, easy-to-navigate location—making it easier to understand what features are enabled and why.
Why This Exists
Previously, feature availability was managed through multiple toolkit flags, making it difficult for admins to:
- Understand which features were enabled
- Know where configurations lived
- Confidently manage changes
The Features Configuration page:
- Provides visibility and control for admins
- Consolidates configurations into one source of truth
- Aligns feature management with the web app experience
Who Has Access
Only Admins can view and manage feature configurations.
Where to Find Features Configuration
Admins can access this page from the web app:
Admin → Organization → Features

Each feature appears as a row in the table and includes:

Enabling and Disabling Features
Each feature includes a toggle that allows admins to:

Configurable Features
Some features include a Configure option.
When available, selecting Configure opens additional settings specific to that feature.
💡 Not all features require additional configuration beyond enabling or disabling.
Best Practices
- Review feature settings during onboarding or major workflow changes
- Use categories to understand how features impact different areas of the app
- Enable only the features your team actively uses to reduce complexity
