One Unified Settings Hub
Settings is designed to make configuration easy to discover, understand, and manage as your organization grows.
All configuration appears under a single Settings tab in the left navigation bar - this centralized layout makes it easy to find and manage configuration in one place!
Note: Settings visibility is based on user role and enabled features, so views may vary by permission. For more information on views available by user role, go to User Roles.
Unified and searchable
A search bar at the top of the Settings page helps you quickly locate settings such as users, groups, queues, welcome messages, and brands or lines of business.
- Users
- Groups
- Queues
- Welcome messages
- Brands / lines of business
This supports faster troubleshooting, training, and day-to-day administration.
Card-based layout with previews
Each setting appears as a card with at-a-glance details—such as toggles, counts, or status indicators—so you can review configuration before opening a section. This supports quick checks, audits, and configuration reviews.
Consistent patterns & simplified saving
All settings use a unified layout with clearly grouped options and a single Save button per section.
Benefits include:
- clearer, more intentional configuration changes

How It Works
Step 1 — Open the Settings tab
Go to Settings in the left navigation to access all organization and administrative configuration.
Step 2 — Use search to find what you need
Type a keyword such as users, messages, or queues to find the relevant setting.
Step 3 — Review configuration using card previews
Each card provides high-level details such as enabled status, related item counts, and configuration labels. This helps you quickly confirm the current configuration.
Step 4 — Click a card to view or edit details
Each settings area uses a clean, consistent layout. Changes are saved at the section level and only affect the area being edited.
