We've completely redesigned the main landing page and made it more lovable! It now includes several widgets that enable quick action and insight into your conversations.

Message Template Improvements
You'll notice now that you can pin your most used message templates, as well as search them easier with a search bar and larger view. Admins, you will now manage your message templates in the Manage tab.
Improvements for SSO Customer with Just-in-Time Provisioning
For customers leveraging JIT user provisioning, we've removed the ability to create a user from the User Management page.
Chatbot can Create Cases with Brands
Now you can specify branding for a keyword. For example, this allows you to always use
"Umbrella Insurance" for keyword 'SERVICE'.
Performance Updates
We've made several backend updates that should improve performance.
API Updates
New Endpoint to add and manage multiple API keys (up to 5)
Customers can have up to 5 API keys per organization and can manage them via the new /api-key endpoint to generate, delete, and track these keys.
Bug Fixes
Claim Number in Automated Message Fix
When a customer has more than one case in Hi Marley, the claim number associated with that specific case will display.
GET active-cases API includes re-opened Cases
When using the GET active-cases API, it will include all re-opened cases.
