User Management Updates
Updates to the User Management table view
In order to make managing your users a little easier, we've added some functionality and design changes to the User Management page.
You can now filter users by group, and you can now sort by name, email, and last active!
Benefits:
- Sorting and filtering will make user management quicker and easier.
- This page will now have an updated look and feel, which will open the door for more updates in the future!
Updated add user pop-up
We've updated the screen used to add individual users and you can now also assign a user to groups from this screen!
Benefits:
- Enhancing the experience of adding individual users
- We're continuing to work towards making organization management within Hi Marley a simple, lovable experience!

Updated Manage tab directory
We're revamping the Manage tab in order to make the job of your Admins a little easier. One step we're taking to do that is to move this directory from the left-hand side of the page to the top.
Benefits:
- This work will clear the way for some future additions to this page!
- This change will allow for more data to be presented horizontally
Added visibility into archived users
In the Manage tab, Admins can now see users who have been previously deactivated. This feature comes from customer feedback on the struggle to manage or re-add users who were previously deleted. Archived users will show as greyed out with "(Deactivated)" next to their name.
Benefits:
- Admins now can see users who were previously deactivated, in case they need to update or re-add those profiles

This should help manage any turnover or team shifts more easily
My Team Insights: New survey section
We are excited to introduce a new section within the My Team Insights Dashboard: Conversation Surveys.
Features of the new Conversation Surveys section:
- Weekly trend visualization:
- Understand survey completion trends and average scores over time to identify performance patterns.
- Survey performance insights:
- Gain visibility into how teams and individual team members are performing in terms of survey responses and feedback.
- Primary and secondary operator-level drill down:
- Dive deeper into survey data to track individual contributions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Benefits:
- This enhancement provides a powerful way for team leaders and supervisors to gain insights into their team's performance in terms of customer surveys!
If your team does not current leverage Marley Survey and wants to learn more, reach out to your CSM.
Copart Total Loss Assist Insights addition - shop address drill-down
We previously added the "Vehicle Location - Shop State" column to the Cycle Time by Shop report, but based on some feedback we'll be adding the address of the shop to this widget.
Benefits:
- This makes it easier for carriers to differentiate if there are multiple shops with the same name in one state.
