Usernames (emails) are no longer case sensitive. Some Operators encountered problems logging in to connect if the wrong casing was used in their username. Operators should now be able to log in to Marley Connect no matter what their casing is used for their username.
Case transcript now correctly displays the date in which it was created.
Closing a chat from the chat screen removes chat from view.
Clicking on your avatar in the upper right hand corner will bring you to the profile information page.
Date Created on policy page will now pull from the date the policy was entered in the system.
Emails are now unique per User and Operator.
Entering an email for a customer with some uppercases now properly sends welcome message.
Marley will now fill in the proper phone number for an operator when sending a welcome message to an end-user.
Auto Messages (including Out Of Office replies) no longer are sent to end-users multiple times on MMS messages with multiple attachments.

Sequential Claims: Creating a claim/policy for a user who has previously had a claim now creates a new case with the most recent claim/policy's information.
Auto Messages (including Out Of Office replies) are only send once over a fixed time interval rather than after every message.
