Feature Improvements
PII text redaction
ℹ️ This feature is now generally available for all customers. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you don't already use this feature and are interested in learning more about it.
Redaction will automatically detect and hide sensitive information in the conversation, and in the transcripts.
Text redaction will automatically detect and redact social security numbers, bank account numbers, drivers license numbers, and credit card numbers.
You can also choose to allow your users to view redacted information with a warning, or to not allow any of your users to retrieve redacted data.
Total Loss Assist Updates
Updated design for Total Loss Assist Integration Settings page
New design and icons make updating your Total Loss Assist with Copart Integration rules and templates a smoother experience! A new confirmation message will also now show when a rule or setting has been updated.
Total Loss Assist Insights Dashboard
A Total Loss Assist Insights Dashboard will be visible for any customer who has Total Loss Assist enabled in their Hi Marley environment. To access, navigate to Insights and click on the 'Total Loss Assist' tab at the top. The dashboard contains analytics combining Hi Marley conversational and Copart assignment data to provide insights into total loss operations. For more on this, check out this article!
Manage Users tab updated
There's new, more flexible sorting and an updated look when viewing your user list in the Manage tab.
There is also a new count of your active user profiles within your organization.
Message webhook additional type values
For integrated customers, the message data element type has two new data values related to the new Inbound Voice
- Voice transcription - transcription of voicemail
- Voice audio - audio recording of voicemail or voice call

Inbound Voice Memo
Your customers can share voice memos for a convenient way to share detailed information quickly. Voice memos can quickly and easily be listened to within Hi Marley. The transcript will show that an audio/mp4 file was received along with the timestamp.

Bug Fixes
Mountain Time Zone Office Hours fix
Previously, some users were experiencing Mountain Time Zone-based Office Hours messages sending as if they were on Pacific Time. This is now resolved and should be sending in Mountain Time.
Adding users to groups via CSV fix
Admins can now once again bulk add users to groups by uploading them via a CSV file.
Groups with same name as an archived group not reporting correctly fix
Previously when a group was created with the same name as a deleted group, that would break reporting in the My Teams dashboard for the newer group. This is now resolved and groups with the same name as previously deleted groups can now be reported on as expected.
