Feature Improvements
Bulk User Import for organizations using Auto-Provisioning (JIT)
Organizations who use auto provisioning will now be able to use the Bulk Import feature to more easily assign users to roles and groups. Users also can now be added before they log in for the first time, making it easier to manage your team, especially for organizations who are just getting started using Hi Marley.
Change unique Id's
For organizations who use a different Id and email for authentication, your admins will now be able to update those unique ID's to more easily set up new users and help users get logged in.
This will be done via CSV, and you can download the sample CSV template when prompted to.
Here's what that template will look like:
New time zones: Alaska and Hawaii
Auto Replies will now support Alaska Standard Time (AKST) and Hawaii Standard Time (HST).

Copart Integration: Configurable e-mail notifications for release issues
Operators and admins will now have the ability to configure their notification preferences to receive e-mail notifications. Users can choose to receive e-mails when a release issue is created or updated.
Copart Integration: New templates for vehicle at residence
New templates and rules can now create more targeted communications for Copart Total Loss Assist cases when the vehicle in question is at the claimant's residence.
Copart Integration: Lot number token
A new variable token is available for the lot number in Total Loss Assist cases.
Bug fixes
Focused Operator visibility issue
Focused operators will now only see the cases and case numbers of cases they are assigned to.
