Feature Updates:
Bulk User Add in Group Creation
Admins are now able to add multiple users to a new group in Group Management, by uploading a .csv or .txt file of the users emails. If an email is present in the .csv or .txt file, but not associated with an operator in Hi Marley, the admin will receive the following error message: "Could not find 1 email in our system - Copy list".
Bug Fixes:
Edit Reference Id in Chat
Users are now able to edit the Reference ID of a Case, Claim or Policy from the chat Details tab.
Messages Displaying Out of Order In Transcripts
Automated messages will no longer display out of chronological order in case and customer transcripts.
Batch Download
Users will now be able to download all photos sent inbound from the insured with one click.
Operator Search Bar in Marley Insights
Users with an Admin or Analysts role(s) will be able to search for an operator in the filter of Marley Insights.
Manage Users Dropdown
When a user updates the primary operator on a case, the manage users dropdown list in the Manage tab, will now update.
Phone Numbers Displaying in User Management
Whether it is the phone number or office line, if a user has any phone number associated with their profile, it will display in the User Management tab.
Roles Persisting when Editing Groups
When an admin makes any modifications to a group, all user roles will now persist.
