Feature Updates:
Several New APIs
New API capabilities include:
- Delete operator
- Get case by claim/policy number
- An API to initiate the push of specific case or message media to S3
- Download transcript API allows filtering to a single message
New webhooks were also added which include:
- Post case data on case closure
- Post transcript JSON on case closure
- Post customer data at opt-in and opt-out
- Post message data at inbound and outbound message
- Post media to SFTP at inbound media message.
Additionally, a number of stability improvements were released along with updated API and webhook documentation to reflect the latest updates.
Updated Chat Bot response for Opt-Out
The responses that an insured receives after opting out of receiving text messages by replying "STOP" have been updated.
Backend updates to Marley Insights
Some backend work was done on the analytics dashboard to prepare for additional work that is in process.
