Autocomplete user info
When creating a case, if a phone number is entered that already exists, a clickable icon will appear between the first and last name fields to automatically fill in those fields.
Bug Fixes
Blue dot issue
Some cases were experiencing the blue dot new message indicator at times when there were no new inbound or outbound messages, which should no longer be the case.
Original operator showing as secondary operator after reassignment
The issue wherein cases that were reassigned, previously the original operator would become the secondary operator after a case was reassigned to someone else has been resolved.
Manage tab search dropdown
The dropdown within the manage tab of a case previously did not close when the carrot at the top of the dropdown was clicked, which has been resolved.
Scrolling improvements in User Management
In organizations with a longer list of operators, scrolling the operator list would render some user entries blank, which is no longer the case.
User role dropdown not closing
The "User role" dropdown within the User Management module would previously stick on your screen if not closed before leaving the User Management module.
Text signature issue
Insureds who used text signatures would previously need to be manually opted in by Hi Marley. Those insureds will now be able to opt in successfully with a "Yes" reply.
Deleted operator still showing on case
We had one report of a deleted operator who still showed as the assigned operator on a case, despite no longer being able to access the system, which has been fixed.
Phone number no longer a required field for operator profiles
Previously phone number was a required field when adding new operators or editing existing operator profiles.
