Live operator typing indication
When another operator on your team is typing in a chat that you have open, you'll now see a message indicating that someone is typing.
Ability to reassign cases within chats
Operators can now reassign cases from the chat module using the "Manage" tab to the right of the chat. To do so, click "Manage", then the dropdown arrow next to primary operator, and then select the operator you'd like to assign.
Copy message toolbar
It's now easier to copy message text via the "Copy text" toolbar that will display when you hover over a message. Clicking "Copy text" will copy the selected message onto your computer's clipboard.
Bug Fixes
Translate dropdown in chat
The translate dropdown menu within the chats module has been fixed. You can once again create a case and then adjust that case to a different language later on, if needed.
Search results expanding
When searching for a case, search results will no longer slowly add entries that don't match your search criteria.
Automated reassignment message now displays correctly
Previously some customers experienced an issue that caused $contactPhoneNumber to display instead of the phone number listed for that operator.
"Si" not opting in some Spanish cases
An adjustment was made that should allow "Si" without an accent mark to successfully opt in Spanish translate cases, which previously would sporadically not allow the insured to opt in.
Office line is no longer a required field
If an operator edits their profile or an administrator creates a new user, office line will no longer be a required field.
