Auto Replies / Out of Office
The new Auto Replies feature allows operators to set their own automated responses based on office hours, inactivity, and out of office status. Refer to our Help Center article for more information on how Auto Replies work.
Batch download for images
Operators can now download all of the images shared in a chat with one click within the "Details" tab.
Active links within chats
Links sent through chats will now be active links that can be clicked to navigate to the URL.
Action toolbar for images within chats
A new toolbar will display while hovering over images in chats that will make downloading, printing, or rotating images more convenient.
New Case Tab Filters
Operators now have the ability to filter cases by "Assigned" (options are "Me", "All", and "Unassigned") and Status (options are "Open" and "Closed").
Edit Case Details in Chats - Details tab
Operators can now edit the attributes of a case from within the Chats tab, which includes name, phone number, and email of the end user, as well as the case's reference ID.
Created by now in case details
It's now easier to track down who created a case within the "Details" tab of a chat.
Updated loading of chat list
The way that chat lists are rendered is now more efficient and should result in quicker loading and overall app performance.
New media viewer
Clicking an image will now bring up a new, larger display of that image compared to the previous media viewer.
New hover effect on chat icons
A round overlay will display when hovering over icons.
Bug Fixes
Blank screen login fix
Users will no longer see the blank screen that would show for some users after leaving their browser idol for several hours.
