Custom date ranges within the analytics dashboard
The dropdown menu no longer closes when an operator attempts to select a custom date filter in the analytics dashboard.
Inbound recipient role is no longer visible
'Inbound recipient' was previously a role within the User Management module. It has since been removed as an option but in some cases, users who were previously assigned that role would still show as inbound recipients. This has been resolved and inbound recipient will not show as a role for any operators.
Changing language selection when creating a second case for an insured
An operator can now change the preferred language during case creation for an insured user who has previously opted into a chat of a different language.
Scrolling operator list on the analytics dashboard is now fixed
The operator filter within the analytics dashboard is now scrollable, making it possible to find all users in the case of a long list of operators where some names are cut off by the screen.
