Coaching - Sentiment Model updates:
The AI Sentiment model which powers the identification and flagging of messages with negative sentiment is getting a refresh! We are updating the model to ignore the insurance terminology which were previously being flagged as messages with negative sentiments.
Add User Title Token to Message Templates
Hi Marley operators can now be given unique titles in their Profile! This title is editable and can be reference in Message Templates using the $contactTitle token
Limit User Title edits to Admin
You can now limit who can edit User Titles within Hi Marley. We are introducing the ability to restrict access for creating new User Titles and/or editing Existing User Titles to the Hi Marley Admins.

An operator's title can now be added to the prefix of outbound messages. Help end users better understand which team members they are communicating with by adding User Titles to your organizations messages!
Unlock locked out end-users
End-users are occasionally locked out from Hi Marley because they send a series of messages or images without realizing that they have to respond with an opt-in "YES" before texting with the Operator. Today, the Operator has to reach out to Hi Marley support to unlock the end-user. With Release 2.52, we are empowering the operators to unlock end-users from within the app. Once the end user is unlocked, an opt-in message will be automatically sent again.
Update Language Preference Prior to Opt-in
Operators now have more opportunities to edit the preferred language of their end users. Operators are now able to change the translated language of a case after case creation but prior to opt-in.
On a case that has not been opted-in, the operators can use the language selection dropdown to select the desired language and hit the Resend Welcome link to send the welcome message in the selected language.
Export User list with Groups information
Want to know which groups an operator belongs to or which groups a user is a lead for? With the release 2.52, an operators group assignment will now be listed when exporting operator data from the User Management Tab. The CSV export will list the groups that a user belongs to and the groups that a user is the Group Lead for.
Schedule Message API's
We are making it easy for our integrated customers to use the Scheduled Messages feature within Hi Marley. With Release 2.52, we are introducing ability to Create, View or Delete scheduled messages via API's.
Webhook Authentication - OAuth 2.0 support for Client Credentials Grant Type
The Hi Marley inbound integrations using webhooks will be able to utilize the client_credentials grant type to further support more advanced authentication methods.
