Messages Are Not Being Received
Outbound messages are not being seen by the customer
If messages appear to have been sent but the customer is not receiving them, ask the customer to check the spam or junk message folders on their device. Some devices and carriers may automatically filter messages.
Inbound messages from the customer are not being received
If the customer indicates that they have replied but the response is not appearing in Marley, please provide Support with the customer's phone number.
Support can review carrier and messaging logs to determine whether there are any delivery or carrier-related issues impacting inbound messages.
Important to know
Support requires the customer's phone number to investigate inbound messaging issues.
