What is the Profile?
The profile is where the following information and settings are stored:
- General Info
- First and Last Name
- Email Address
- User Title
- Phone & Office Number
- Settings
- Auto Replies
- User Notification Settings
- Security
- Change Password (Marley Authorization Users Only)
Locating My Profile
- Log into Hi Marley
- Click on the orange Profile Icon in the top right corner
- Click Profile
How to Edit Your Profile
Edit General Information
- Click Edit

Modify any of the editable fields
- If your phone number includes an extension, enter it in Office Line and make the Phone field blank
- Click Save
Note: If you use Single Sign On to log-in to Hi Marley, do not update your email-id.
Profile Status
Active, and Away are the two available status in Hi Marley. These status are dependent on whether your Away Message Auto Reply is enabled.
When you are Active in Hi Marley, you will see a green dot in the top right by your profile picture.
When you are Away in Hi Marley, you will see a red dot in the top right by your profile picture and a pop-up notification letting you know your Away messaging is enabled. Clicking "Disable" will disable will disable your away message and mark you as Active.
You are able to set yourself as Active or Away from the header dropdown by clicking the arrow (see below).
Edit Auto Replies
Auto replies are an excellent way to manage customer expectations while you are out of the office or away from your desk.

Edit User Notification Settings
User Notifications Settings determine when Hi Marley will send you notifications!

Change Password (Non SSO / Marley Authorization Users Only)
- Type your Old Password
- Type your New Password
- Repeat your New Password
- Click Change Password
