New Inbox
We are excited to introduce the New Inbox in this release. Our New Inbox is focused on creating an enhanced user experience to help adjusters take the next best action. This update allows users to manage customer conversations more efficiently, streamlining communication across all devices. This release brings the same new experience from our web app to the mobile app.
Key Features:

Additional Sort Options: Smart Sort (default) automatically prioritizes cases needing the most attention, helping you focus on high-priority conversations. However, we also offer the Newest (or Oldest) Sent and Received or Newest (or Oldest) case created.

Enhanced Filtering Functionality: Use filters to segment your inbox by case status, message type (e.g., unread messages), assigned operator, or specific tags such as "Needs Attention" or "Has a Question." This enables quick identification of the most critical conversations, improving efficiency and focus.

Unread Message Badge: Quickly identify unread messages with clear visual markers, ensuring that no customer communication goes unnoticed.

Case Status & Message Previews: Easily prioritize cases with prominent case duration displays and message previews.
This update aligns the mobile inbox with our web app experience, ensuring seamless conversation management no matter where you are working.

Bug Fixes & Improvements
Case Creation Enhancements
Several bug fixes and UX improvements have been made to the Case Creation page for a more streamlined user experience:

Removed Phone Number Auto-Complete + Improved Case Creation UX
We have updated the behavior when entering a phone number to ensure smoother case creation and a consistent experience with our Web App:-
All fields and the "Enter Case Info" button are disabled until the phone number is fully entered.

Once a valid phone number is entered, the system will automatically populate fields like First Name, Last Name, Email, and Case Language (if available).

Clearing Case Creation Form
If you leave the case creation page (e.g., by clicking "X" in the top-left corner or navigating to Inbox or Profile), the form will now clear properly, and any ongoing phone number lookup animations will be stopped. This ensures that if you abandon the case creation process, no incomplete or unnecessary data will be saved.
